What is your service availability on your on-demand/ad-hoc IT Support?
Our 5-year average availability on our on-demand IT Support service is 95%. This service does not include a Service Level Agreement. SLAs are reserved to IT Service Contract Customers which pay for guaranteed availability on their critical IT infrastructure.
What kind of IT Support can you provide to my business?
We provide highly flexible IT Support structures.
- On-demand support means we can provide computer support without pre-existing IT Support Contract on an ad-hoc basis. We charge by the time used. Ideal if you want to test our services without any commitment or need a one-time off service.
- Prescheduled support also does not require an IT Support Contract. If you book us at least a week in advance and take at least 4 hours, we provide you better pricing. Ideal if you have a bigger task to be done like yearly onsite maintenance or deploy many devices.
- IT Service Contract is negotiable and comes with better conditions like priority, availability, flexibility, and pricing in exchange for a commitment. Ideal when you are looking for an IT Service Provider that can support you on an ongoing basis and becomes familiar with your IT infrastructure.
We want to setup a new Office/Factory in Thailand. Can you help us?

I’ve a friend with pirated software on his computer. Can you help him out?
We don’t install or “fix” issues related to pirated software. We can setup a fresh licensed/legal system (wiping out the old computer). Please be aware that pirated software usually comes with a higher risk of malware (Credit Card or Email logins are a famous target to be collected).
